Authentic Kaiseki Cuisine
Food should not only satisfy your hunger, but it should also fulfill your heart. In order to achieve that, we pay special attention to all details, whether the arrangement and the colors of the dishes, the tablewares, the Japanese style decorations, and most importantly, our well-trained staffs. It is our promise to serve you the best dishes in the most enjoyable authentic Japanese atmosphere.

No matter if it is your first time, second time, or third time at Umenohana, we always plan to surprise you with our delicious menus. Our signature Kani and Tofu dishes are made only from ingredients specially selected by our head chef. “Taraba” (King Crab) and “Zuwai” (Snow Crab) are specially imported for Umenohana and carefully prepared for you in various styles; from boiled to steamed to Kani Tempura. Umenohana Tofu are also made from selected Japanese soy beans organically grown under our strict provisions, so that our Tofu Ryori is not only delicious but safe and healthy.
